Staff

Our teachers and aides all hold certifications or degrees, and we have an exceptionally low turnover rate among our staff so that your child enjoys consistent, continuity of care. Some of our staff have been with us for decades, and some are even returning students. 

We encourage parental involvement and communication with directors and staff. Each staff member is committed to providing consistent, loving care for the children at The Children’s Centre. We value the opportunity to be a part of your family and strive to develop meaningful relationships with each parent who entrusts their child to our care. 

Our staff members regularly pursue continuing education and professional development training within the field of Early Childhood Education, above and beyond the requirements of Maryland Public Schools – MSDE.
